Our client – Mapri Statyba – is part of the Mapri Construction Group, a company with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. The company offers general contracting services, specializes in agricultural construction, and performs concreting works across Lithuania. Professional, ambitious, and collaborative team that values growth and learning, looking for a Project Manager to join the expanding Mapri Statyba team.

Job description

• Manage construction activities at Mapri Statyba project sites
• Communicate with clients and local authorities
• Coordinate subcontractors and prepare contracts
• Lead and supervise both internal teams and subcontractors
• Maintain thorough documentation of construction activities
• Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met
• Organize and conduct project-related meetings

Requirements

• Educational background in construction and previous experience in a Project Manager role
• Strong technical thinking and understanding of construction processes
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Willingness to take ownership, create systems, and contribute to company development
• Valid Project Manager qualification certificate
• Category B driving license
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and other construction-related tools
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English
