Our client – A company currently pursuing a MiCA (CASP) licence in Lithuania is building its core team and preparing for the launch of its operations.
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who will play a key role in establishing and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations while supporting the company's growth and regulatory objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and key members of the local team to support the successful launch and development of the company’s operations
- Assist in the implementation, operational readiness, and ongoing management of crypto-asset services and related business processes
- Ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery while contributing to a high-quality customer experience
- Participate in testing products, services, operational processes, and customer journeys before launch and throughout ongoing operations
- Communicate with clients and business partners, helping to resolve operational issues and service-related inquiries efficiently
- Coordinate internal teams and external service providers to ensure effective execution of operational activities
- Identify operational risks and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows
- Support the implementation and maintenance of internal policies, procedures, and operational controls
- At least 3 years of experience in the crypto-asset, fintech, payments, banking, or broader financial services industry
- Practical understanding of crypto-asset services, digital asset operations, payment services, or related financial products
- Experience in operations, customer support, service delivery, business operations, or a similar function
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Previous experience in a crypto-asset service provider or Fintech in a similar role
- Experience participating in the launch of new products, services or operational processes
- Familiarity with MiCA, AML/CTF requirements and regulatory expectations applicable to financial institutions
- Gross monthly salary starting from 3500 Eur with the possibility of a higher offer for exceptionally qualified candidates
