Regional Sales Representative

Amston client – Baltijos Tentas, part of the Serge Ferrari Group, is a company specializing in high-quality textile membrane solutions for architecture, industry, and modular structures. To strengthen their market presence in Lithuania and the Baltic region, they are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Regional Sales Representative.

Job Description
  • Promote and sell Serge Ferrari Group products and accessories to meet and exceed annual sales targets in Lithuania and the Baltic markets
  • Develop existing client accounts and identify new business opportunities through active prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from client inquiries and offers to order fulfillment, pricing negotiations, and delivery coordination
  • Analyze market trends, track competitor activity, and report on sales performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams in logistics, customer service, and finance to ensure efficient operations
  • Represent the company in meetings, on-site visits, and professional presentations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development – preferably in the textile, construction, furniture, or building materials industries
  • Higher education (university or college degree)
  • Good command of English (B1-B2), both spoken and written
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel regularly
  • Strong digital skills: confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, structured, and capable of building long-term partnerships

  • A motivating salary range: 3300–4130 EUR gross
