Marketing Operations Specialist

Job Description

  • Design and optimize efficient, standardized marketing processes and automations while maintaining clear process documentation
  • Take full responsibility for the operational execution of marketing campaigns and sales promotions across online and offline channels
  • Develop new campaign concepts and promotional mechanics together with internal stakeholders
  • Create and continuously improve marketing and sales materials in line with corporate brand guidelines using Adobe tools (InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Independently create graphics, layouts, POS materials, and advertising placement plans
  • Manage promotional material logistics, availability, and cost optimization processes
  • Coordinate print, email, and SMS customer communication campaigns, including performance monitoring and process ownership
  • Administer and support marketing tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, promotional material shops, and event tools
  • Support internal and external events, including conferences and franchise events, by managing invitations, marketing materials, and event documentation
  • Ensure marketing and customer data quality in collaboration with branches and internal teams
  • Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs such as reach, conversion rates, and marketing permissions
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, and supplier-related documentation

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role within a company or agency environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe tools, especially InDesign and Photoshop
  • Experience in campaign coordination, customer communication, event support, and customer data management
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, KPI tracking, and reporting would be considered an advantage
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Proactive, independent, and ownership-driven personality
  • Native-level or near-native Austrian German is a mandatory requirement
  • Good English skills
  • Experience working in international environments would be considered an advantage
