Job Description
- Build and support reliable backend software, primarily using Java
- Work on performance-critical, distributed systems with high reliability requirements
- Contribute to development and maintenance of backend systems used by global clients
- Participate in the full development lifecycle – from understanding requirements to implementation and support
- Collaborate with international teams (Europe-based) in delivering solutions across different markets
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, focusing on pragmatic and efficient solutions
- Support ongoing improvements of system performance, scalability, and stability
- Gain exposure to cloud technologies (e.g., AWS) and modern engineering practices
Requirements
- Initial experience in backend development (preferably Java)
- Understanding of backend / server-side systems and basic knowledge of distributed
- systems
- Familiarity with APIs and databases
- Comfortable working in English in an international environment
- Proactive, team-oriented, and solution-driven personality
- Strong “can-do” attitude and willingness to take ownership
- Pragmatic mindset – focus on delivering results rather than perfection
- Experience with AWS, scalable systems, or working in international teams would be
- considered an advantage
