Job description

  • Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing and continuously improving internal processes, procedures, and documentation across the organization
  • Support the Director in both strategic and operational matters, including consultations related to contracts, exceptions, negotiations, and decision-making
  • Serve as a central point of coordination and support for employees, helping teams navigate operational, procedural, and workflow-related matters
  • Design, implement, and maintain internal policies, procedures, and operational standards to support scalability and efficiency (e.g. project management frameworks and best practices)
  • Coordinate and monitor internal projects by tracking timelines, responsibilities, and progress, and facilitating communication between project managers and the Director
  • Provide hands-on operational support to project teams, ensuring alignment with company priorities, efficient execution, and timely delivery of initiatives
  • Prepare, review, and maintain internal documentation related to processes, workflows, policies, and company guidelines, ensuring clarity and consistency
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal operations, identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical solutions

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Proven experience in operations or project coordination within an IT or SaaS environment
  • Strong ability to coordinate, plan, and implement efficient operational processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across teams
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and logical thinking skills
