Our client, Vli Timber, is the largest producer of kiln-dried firewood in Lithuania, founded in 2009, with the ambition to become the most innovative leader in its sector in Europe. The company takes pride in its high-quality products, modern production facilities, and sustainable solutions – the entire production process is supervised and certified.

Currently, the company is inviting a Key Account Manager to join the team, who will be responsible for working with existing B2B clients in foreign markets.

Job Description

  • Managing relationships with the company’s existing clients (no active sales or new client acquisition)
  • Handling regular client inquiries and coordinating repeat orders
  • Maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring continuous communication with clients
  • Preparing commercial offers
  • Developing private label projects in close cooperation with the production team
  • Planning and carrying out sales visits and business trips
  • Cooperating with production and other internal teams, representing client needs within the organization
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience working with existing B2B clients
  • Excellent command of English (additional foreign languages are an advantage)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Responsible, proactive approach and strong result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Category B driving license
