Our client – Hisk, one of the largest construction companies in the Baltic States, with nearly 60 years of experience in the field of transport infrastructure development in Lithuania and abroad. The company implements various types of projects: from national infrastructure facilities to other significant construction and infrastructure solutions, including the construction of bridges, roads, and railways.

Currently, Hisk is participating in the Rail Baltica project – a strategic European railway project connecting the Baltic States with Western Europe. In Lithuania, the project covers a 392 km section. It is distinguished by modern engineering solutions, an electrified European-gauge railway, and the highest sustainability and safety standards.

Job description

  • Implement and maintain the Safety Management Plan
  • Ensure compliance with Common Safety Method for Risk Evaluation and Assessment (CSM-RA) requirements
  • Coordinate with the AsBo to provide safety evidence and hazard analysis
  • Maintain the Hazard Log and ensure mitigation measures are implemented
  • Integrate safety assurance activities into design and construction workflows
  • Support incident and non-conformity investigations related to safety

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing construction, road, or railway infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of construction and design processes
  • Leadership experience
  • Motivation to learn, develop, and expand knowledge in new areas
  • Excellent English skills
