Our Client - Nomad Law is a digital-era legal and tax service provider focused on clients engaged in e-commerce business, fintech, marketing, e-gaming, and blockchain. They support startups, digital nomads, and global corporations, helping them navigate business legal structuring, regulatory compliance, and tax effectiveness.
Now, they’re looking for a Lawyer to join their team and support Lithuanian clients in contract drafting regulatory compliance, and corporate governance - working directly with some of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving industries
Job Description
- Drafting and reviewing various agreements
- Preparing policies and procedures, including terms & conditions, data protection policies, and other compliance-related documents
- Participate in legal projects related to companies formation, structuring, and regulatory compliance
- Provide legal support and consultancy on business law matters
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality legal services
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a university degree in law
- At least 3 years of legal work experience
- Experience in Lithuanian labor law, GDPR, or consumer protection laws (an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and in a team, adapting to changing circumstances
- Proactive mindset, strategic thinking, and result-oriented approach
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (both spoken and written)
