Job description

• Identifying potential sites for renewable energy projects, engaging with landowners, and securing viable locations
• Evaluating renewable energy projects at various stages of development for potential acquisition
• Planning, coordinating, and managing projects from inception to construction, ensuring smooth progress
• Overseeing contractors and subcontractors to maintain project integrity
• Acting as a liaison between company and public institutions and local communities
• Keeping abreast of industry trends to inform strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Not less than 3 years of experience in renewable energy project development. Wind projects would be considered as an advantage.
• A technical degree, preferably in electricity or energy, is beneficial
• Proven ability to manage projects efficiently
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Capacity to prioritise tasks to meet project deadlines
• Background in renewable energy, real estate, or infrastructure projects preferred
• Familiarity with the Lithuanian electricity network is advantageous
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian is required
• Drive and independence to excel in a dynamic work environment
