Our client – Minotti Cannes store is Minotti – an Italian company renowned for its high-end, sophisticated contemporary furniture – first flagship location in the South of France, established in collaboration with DESIGNSET.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and coordinating daily showroom operations
- Leading, managing, and inspiring a team of sales and design professionals
- Ensuring the highest standard of customer service and client engagement
- Organizing and maintaining relationships with B2B clients, architects, and interior designers
- Liaising with premium international furniture and lighting brands
- Organizing showroom layout, presentation, and product rotation
- Driving sales performance and meet business targets
- Ensuring proper reporting, budgeting, and coordination with headquarters
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a showroom/store manager in the luxury
furniture/design industry
- Proven track record in managing teams and achieving results
- Deep understanding of premium furniture and lighting brands
- Strong experience working with architects, interior designers, and B2B clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Strong organizational and independent decision-making abilities
- Fluency in both English and French
