Amston client – Baltijos Tentas, part of the Serge Ferrari Group, is a company specializing in high-quality textile membrane solutions for architecture, industry, and modular structures. To strengthen their market presence in Lithuania and the Baltic region, they are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Regional Sales Representative.
Job Description
- Promote and sell Serge Ferrari Group products and accessories to meet and exceed annual sales targets in Lithuania and the Baltic markets
- Develop existing client accounts and identify new business opportunities through active prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage the full sales cycle: from client inquiries and offers to order fulfillment, pricing negotiations, and delivery coordination
- Analyze market trends, track competitor activity, and report on sales performance
- Collaborate with internal teams in logistics, customer service, and finance to ensure efficient operations
- Represent the company in meetings, on-site visits, and professional presentations
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development – preferably in the textile, construction, furniture, or building materials industries
- Higher education (university or college degree)
- Good command of English (B1-B2), both spoken and written
- Valid driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel regularly
- Strong digital skills: confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-driven, structured, and capable of building long-term partnerships
