Our client – Mapri Statyba – is part of the Mapri Construction Group, a company with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. The company offers general contracting services, specializes in agricultural construction, and performs concreting works across Lithuania. At Mapri people strive to be professional, dynamic, growth-oriented, and collaborative. We are now looking for an Estimator to join expanding Mapri Statyba team.

Job description

• Prepare accurate construction project budgets, price offers, and forecasts
• Develop and implement pricing strategies for various construction projects
• Request, analyze, and compare price quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
• Participate in offer-related negotiations with clients and partners
• Support the development and improvement of digital tools and estimation systems
• Collaborate closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure cost-effective solutions

Requirements

• Background in construction and prior experience in a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction processes
• Proficiency in industry-related software (AutoCAD, 2D/3D modeling tools, etc.) and Excel
• High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to contribute to company-wide process development
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
