Job Description

• Coordinate electrical engineering and construction projects in France or Belgium
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols
• Plan and execute projects with the team, maintaining high-quality standards
• Lead and manage site teams to ensure timely and quality project completion
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and customer representatives

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; VK and AK certificates or equivalent qualifications are a plus
• Proven experience as a Site Manager in at least one electrical engineering project
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain positive customer relationships
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Russian is an advantage
• Willingness to work abroad on a 4/1 rotation schedule (4 weeks on-site, 1 week home)
