Job Description

• Deal with various banking and finance law issues for clients: banks, e-money institutions, payment institutions, investment funds, Fintech companies and other clients
• Help to develop Regulatory and Substantive Law Legal Services practices in the PwC Legal
• Assist clients with complex regulatory matters (licensing, regulatory compliance, business financing and other)

Requirements

• 3+ years of legal practice (experience in a law firm would be a strong advantage)
• To be interested or have a background in the Banking and Finance Law or corporate or employment law
• Law degree
• Excellent legal drafting skills
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English
• Proactive approach in team work, reliability and responsiveness
• Strong drive and time management, ability to decide and prioritize independently
