Job description
- Organize ERGO's accounting in accordance with IFRS standards
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Organize the preparation and submission of annual reports, tax reports, and other required financial documents
- Lead and manage the Accounting Division
- Participate in company management
- Ensure high-quality service and effective communication within the company
- Develop and maintain internal control systems
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Continuously improve the effectiveness of the Accounting Division
Requirements
- Strong understanding of IFRS 17, IFRS 9, and other accounting standards
- University degree in Economics or Finance
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 3 years as a Deputy Chief Accountant
- Experience in the insurance industry
- Experience in preparing IFRS Consolidated Annual Reports and Solvency II reports
- Fluency in English and one of the Baltic languages
- Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage people, resources, and time effectively
