Job Description
Collaborate with the Nasdaq Sales Tech and MarTech teams to ensure proper utilization of Salesforce and Marketo platforms. Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the business unit on these platforms
Report and analyse marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI including channel and offer effectiveness by account and role
Build and maintain lead and opportunity dashboards in Salesforce for leadership, focused on marketing effectiveness and overall pipeline
Develop and recommend lead funnel strategies to optimize lead to opportunity conversion and sales processes based on data trends
Coordinate across all of Nasdaq’s technology offerings, the team – working with the enterprise analytics and automation functions – to standardize, unify and improve metrics already tracked (MQL creation, SQL conversion rates, campaign ROI, pipeline creation, revenue creation)
Assist in the segmentation and targeting of audiences for marketing campaigns, whilst maintaining and ensuring data accuracy, integrity and consistency within Salesforce and Marketo
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM reporting and marketing automation platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
Possess strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Be a curious and motivated team player who actively seeks challenging projects and proactively shares experiences and knowledge towards the team’s goals
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Understanding of marketing principles and best practices
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
