Job description

• Working on Bank Financing for Busnex Group operations in Lithuania and Poland
• Ensure daily cash flow management and liquidity strategy
• Manage Company’s financial planning and forecasts
• Preparation of operational and strategic budgets, monitoring monthly performance
• Supervision and cooperation with accounting dep. to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Establishing and reporting financial and business KPI’s
• Manage reporting to Group and authorities in accordance with IFRS and Local GAP
• Be a ‘hands-on’ CFO, develop finance function over Busnex Group companies in Lithuania and Poland
• Participate in Group Financial ERP and BI projects

Requirements

• A degree in accounting or finance
• Experience in working with Banks for external Bank Financing
• Several years’ experience in CFO or a senior role in Finance function
• Good understanding in IFRS, regulatory framework and taxation
• Excellent skills in Excel and other MS Office tools and application
• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, proactive and action-oriented thinking
• Fluency in English
