Job description

• Managing construction activities at MAPRI Statyba construction sites
• Communicating with clients and overseeing authorities
• Coordinating subcontractors and drafting contracts
• Managing the team and subcontractors
• Documenting construction work
• Being responsible for deadlines and budgets
• Organizing and conducting meetings

Requirements

• A background in construction and previous work experience in a project manager role
• Good technical thinking
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• A willingness to commit, create systems, and contribute to the company's development
• Project manager qualification certificate
• A Category B driving license
• Ability to work with IT programs, MS Excel and AutoCAD skills
• Very good communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Lithuanian, English and Russian, Estonian language skills would be a plus
