Our client – Mapri Statyba – is part of the Mapri Construction Group, a company with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. The company offers general contracting services, specializes in agricultural construction, and performs concreting works across Lithuania. Professional, ambitious, and collaborative team  invites an experienced Site Manager to join.

Job description

• Organize and manage construction activities at project sites
• Monitor and coordinate subcontractors, and ensure the execution of signed subcontracting agreements
• Participate in subcontracting negotiations
• Communicate with clients, partners, and internal team members
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
• Supervise site teams and contribute to meeting project deadlines and budgets

Requirements

• Educational background in construction and prior experience in a Site Manager or similar role
• Solid technical knowledge and understanding of construction processes
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Willingness to take initiative, create structure, and support company growth
• Category B driving license
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and other construction-related tools
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English
