Job description

• Organizing construction activities at our construction sites
• Participating in subcontracting negotiations, monitoring, coordinating, and ensuring the fulfillment of signed subcontracting agreements
• Communicating with clients, partners, and team members
• Document management

Requirements

• A background in construction and previous work experience in a similar position
• Good technical aptitude and understanding of construction functions
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• A willingness to commit, create systems, and contribute to the company's development
• A Category B driving license
• Ability to work with IT programs
• Very good communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Lithuanian, English and Russian, Estonian language skills would be a plus
