Amston client – HWG is a cyber security company, founded in 2008 in Italy, operating two Security Operation Centers (SOCs, located in Verona, Italy and Vilnius, Lithuania), and rapidly expanding globally to Dubai, HWG provides advanced cyber security services and solutions in more than 30 countries worldwide. HWG is technologically agnostic and performs consistently that they are building cyber security services for Government Institutions, Central Banks, Commercial Banks, as well as Telco and top Branded Consumer Goods Companies, Oil and Gas, Automotive, Broadcasting and Sports.
They are searching for a junior cyber security operations specialist, who will join the new team in Lithuania.

Job Description
- Continuous monitoring of cyber threats
- Management of the Customer notifications
- Management of the Incident life cycle through the trouble ticketing system
- Liaising with Tier2 security engineers to manage the Incident Response
- Collecting the information to produce the recurrent reporting (weekly, monthly, yearly report)
- +1 year experience working in IT security field
- Critical thinker interested in solving complex problems and producing secure solutions.
- Passionate about learning new processes, keeping up with current technology trends and exposed to various IT technologies inside and out of the workplace
- Bachelor degree in cyber security field or proven certification program (e.g CCNA)
- Proficient English skills
- Goal oriented, ability to work in the team, positive mindset
- Intense training and induction programs with constant support and monitoring
- Possibility of improving knowledge in IT, cyber security fields, etc. (e.g., CyberSec Certifications, Vendor Training, etc.)
- The business trips to Italy
